District 15 General Service What’s happening at the District 15 General Service Committee in January? Start the new year off right by attending the next district meeting on Saturday January 14th at 1112 5th St., Eureka, CA., in the conference room in back (enter off alley). The district meeting starts at 2:00 pm.   Our visiting area officer this month will lead the Funshop that starts at 1:30 pm by sharing about the inspiring General Service Conference process, what are those intriguing agenda topics, and the spiritual experience of an informed group conscience.  Gratitude in Action! We will be talking about the status of the district finances and the 2012 budget, PRAASA (Pacific Region Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly), and the The GSR Orientation held in December 2011 was well attended. Del Norte County has two new GSRs, and Humboldt County has 3 new GSRs. Simultaneous Spanish translation was also provided. Humboldt/Del Norte AA is green and growing! Everyone is welcome.  Come find your place in the General Service committee. In Love & Service, District Committee Member Chair for District 15 PRAASA 2012 is just a few months away. It will be held in Bellevue, Washington on March 2, 3, 4 2012. Next year’s General Service Conference Agenda Topics are in the making and I can’t wait to hear all about them!
