This page lists AA
Meetings and
AA Events in and for Humboldt and Del Norte Counties.
How
to Get Your AA Event Listed On This Page:
All
event listings are
subject to
approval by the District Committee.
Service entities such as HCI, DNI, H&I, etc. will be
automatically approved, but we still need you to give us
the details of the event before it will be posted.
Here is what you need to do:
- A
representative needs to attend a District Committee
meeting* well in advance of the event.
- Bring
all event details and the contact person's information plus a
flyer** if available.
- Approval
or rejection of the submission will be given during the Committee
meeting.
- Service
entities may be automatically approved, but we still need the event
details.
- Group
events will usually not be approved if there is no AA recovery meeting
during the event.
- After
approval, the District Committee will tell the
Web Committee to take action.
- Events
are posted by the end of the
month in which the event was submitted/approved.

Get the information to the District Committee meeting the month before
the event.
*District
Committee meetings are held on the first, second, or
third Saturday of the month, nine times in Eureka, and three times in
Crescent City. Please
check our Calendar
page
for
specific dates and locations (DN indicates Del Norte).
**A flyer is not necessary, but if you have one, you can give
us a paper copy to scan when you give us the event details at
the District Committee meeting. An electronic
file of the
document may be sent in word processor or PDF format.
